Grong Grong Hotel's front facade

Looking for a place to stretch your legs, grab a proper feed, and soak up a bit of real country hospitality on your Easter roadtrip? Just off the Newell Highway, tucked away in the tiny town of Grong Grong, sits one of the most beloved pubs in the Riverina - affectionately known as The Grongy. It's not just a pub, it's a local success story. When it looked like the pub might close its doors for good, the community stepped in. Now, The Grongy is proudly community-owned and still pouring beers, serving up classic Aussie cuisine, and bringing locals and travellers together for a good time and a great meal.
