Grounds open from Thursday afternoon, Friday setup course and practice with Saturday competition.

Event: To be run as per the ALHA Association Cup

Competitor Entry Fee: $10 per competitor.

Trophies will be awarded for:

Best Section

Skill at Arms highpoint competitor.

Catering:        Provided by “Mates Helping Mates”, all for a cost. Bar facilities also available.

Friday 10th – BYO food and drink.

Saturday 11th – barbecue lunch.

Saturday 11th – evening barbeque tea.                

Sunday 12th – breakfast.

Teams/Section:        Nominate as a full team/section. (Teams/sections who wish to stay together may do so).

Otherwise, all names will be put into 2 hats (based on ability), where riders will be selected and spread evenly across each team/section.

Camping:                

Limited powered sites.

Limited yards – 1st in gets the pick.

Showers available at the Grong Grong Park.

Note for Campers:  

Grong Grong is Wiradjuri for “bad camping ground”.

Closest fuel and shops are 20km west to Narrandera.

There is poor mobile phone coverage.

We do have a pub (02 6956 2117) and motel in Grong Grong (02 6956 2109)

Entertainment Saturday Night:     Walk up talent quest and bonfire.
