• Physical distancing & pre-packed hampers: All food collections will be outside. Please keep away from the food tables and remain distanced by 1.5m if a queue forms.
• Each bag will be pre-packed and placed at a distance for guests to pick up one at a time.
• No BYO bags, for the time being, passing and re-packing items means people become too close.
• Health surveillance: OzHarvest food relief service is deemed essential work. In line with NSW Health requirements, the Ambassadors have authority to travel.
• Masks: Our team wear masks at every market site. All our guests are encouraged to wear a mask at our sites. In some locations this may be required by law.
