Council appreciates your understanding regarding the delay in issuing the water and sewer accounts, which was caused by unforeseen challenges during the transition of Council's new IT system. We understand the delay in issuing the notices may impact on the ability to pay and therefore, we have revised the payment due dates as follows:

Water and Sewer - current notices payable 2 May 2025, the next accounts will be released by 16 May 2025 and payable by 23 June 2025.

Rates notices - issued on or before 30 April 2025 and payable on 31 May 2025.

If you are experiencing financial difficulties and are unable to make the full payment by the due date, please contact Council's Customer Service department to discuss a suitable payment plan.
