The festive season is fast approaching, and Narrandera Shire is pleased to announce the opening of registrations for the annual Christmas Competition for 2024. We invite residents and businesses to participate in this festive creativity and community spirit celebration. This annual event encourages participants to showcase their holiday decorations and lighting, contributing to the vibrant and festive atmosphere across the Shire.
This year, residents and businesses across the Shire are invited to get into the holiday spirit by participating in the competition showcasing festive displays in one of seven categories:
- Best Barellan House
- Best Grong Grong House
- Best Narrandera House
- Best in Binya
- Best Rural Mailbox
- Best Street
- Best Business
Even if you have just a few decorations, we encourage everyone to register and participate. Every entry, big or small, helps build a map of festive locations, guiding visitors on the best streets to explore and enjoy the holiday displays.
Prizes
- $500 worth of shop local vouchers for individuals
- Street Sign for Best Street
- Trophy for Best Business
How to Enter
Simply register online by Sunday 15 December 2024 to be included in the official Christmas competition map. One registration per house is allowed. Don't miss the chance to share your festive cheer with the entire Shire!
